Shield for Alhambra-II

This board is intended to be connected into the expansion pins of
an Alhambra-II FPGA board, and it provides it with:
- VGA video output, 2-bit per color component (64 colors)
Compatible with (AP-VGA)
- Audio output. 1-bit input (for PWM or Sigma-Delta signals)
with active analog low-pass filter. Capable to drive headphones
- Audio input. Second order analog sigma-delta modulator with 10+
effective bits of resolution and 20kHz bandwidth
- PS2 keyboard connector with 5V level shifter
- USB connector
- micro-SD card connector (SPI mode)
- 8MByte, Quad-SPI, PSRAM
Due to the limited number of pins the PS2 and USB interfaces share
their signals and can't be used at the same time. The same happens
with the SD card and the PSRAM. Also, in this later case the
Alhambra's I2C ADC can't be used.
